    • Dues will not be raised or lowered due to the current economic situation.  Dues will remain at $15 for the 2009 – 2010 year.
    • Update 9/15/09: credit card number was stolen and account has been suspended.  We will get all our money back, but the account will not be fully functioning until 9/25/09.  In the meantime, Herb will pay for events out of his personal funds and get reimbursed later.
  2. Website Update
    • Website launched last week.  We intend to have information for upcoming events on the website and send out email updates from the website.
  3. Event Notifications
    • We are hoping to switch over to email notices primarily.  We will have an option for people to continue to receive paper notices if they wish.
    • Notification schedule: First notification should be sent out 1 month before event, second notice 1 week before event.
    • We also discussed sending out a tentative schedule and using LinkedIn or Facebook to notify members.
