AN OVERVIEW OF THE NEW INTERIM SOUND AND VIBRATION GUIDELINES FOR HOSPITAL AND HEALTHCARE FACILITIES
Please join us for a joint meeting with the Boston Society of Architects as we discuss new performance-based guidelines for the acoustical environment in hospital and healthcare facilities.
On-hand to discuss the new guidelines will be the core writing team of ANSI S12 WG44. This meeting should be a great networking opportunity for acoustical consultants, architects and other design professionals working in the healthcare arena.
The event will begin at 6:00 PM and will be held at The Architects Building at 52 Broad St. in Boston, MA.

NEWMAN STUDENT AWARD FUND
Please join us on Thursday, May 17th, for our annual concert for
the Newman Student Award fund. The concert will be held at the Mary
Shaw Newman residence in Lincoln, MA.
The event will begin with a social hour at 7:00 pm, followed by our
featured performers at 8:00 pm.
Immediately after the concert, award will be presented for the very
first GBCASA Community Service Awards.

Please join us on Wednesday, April 25th, for our our next meeting featuring guest speakers Tony Hoover & Matt Moore, consultants in acoustics and audiovisual systems on the Granoff Music Center project.
Our presentation will begin at 6:15 PM with a tour of classrooms & rehearsal spaces, and will be followed by a presentation/discussion at 7:00 PM.
Afterwards, we invite our attendees to join us as we watch the 8:00 PM Applied Student Recitals in the Granoff Center 's Distler Performance Hall.
