September 30th Meeting Notice

TOPIC:	DESCRIPTION: Dr. Robin Cleveland and Dr. Allan Pierce will present an overview of the current research projects in acoustics research that are carried out at Boston University. The acoustics group in the Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering is one of the largest in the country. There will be a diverse range of topics covered including: underwater acoustics, biomedical ultrasound imaging, therapeutic uses of ultrasound, MEMS based hydrophones, the interaction of light and sound, aeroacoustics, and structural vibrations. Boston University, Room 116 685 Commonwealth Ave Boston, MA Enter through the main doors for the Tsai Centre. Go up the half-stair case to your left. Room 116 is the first classroom on your right. (See the map below)
PARKING:
On street parking is available along Commonwealth Avenue and Beacon Street. There are also several commercial garages around the area.
